Jungkook Spoils About A Collab With His Favorite Artist But ARMYs Becomes Worried

It cannot be denied that ARMYs are always excited to welcome collaborations between BTS and international artists. This helps the group's music become more diverse and they themselves can express more colors.

However, not every international artist who wants to collaborate with BTS will make ARMY excited and loved. A typical example is the case of one of Jungkook's favorite Latin artists below. Although there is a lot of evidence showing that there is a high possibility that the two will work together in the near future, some ARMYs feel worried about Jungkook due to the artist's past "attitude". He cooperates.

Here's what fans talked about after Jungkook hinted at his upcoming collaboration:

For ARMYs, collaborations between international artists and BTS to create new musical works have never been enough for them. Therefore, ARMY is ready to support any project of BTS members from Jin x Coldplay, j-hope and J.Cole to Jungkook ft Latto...

Especially recently, fans also discovered that Jungkook is about to release a collaborative work with a Latin artist he loves. Specifically, it's J.Balvin!

ARMYs realized this after a video posted by Bang PD on Instagram a few hours ago. In the video, Bang PD wrote the title: “A spoiler included! A big one~” along with Jungkook making a hand sign with the number 3. This also coincides with the fact that J.Balvin recently posted an image on Instagram with a similar number 3.

Previously, in an interview while promoting Seven, Jungkook was asked about Latin artists whose music he likes to listen to, he named 3 names including Rosalia, Becky G and J. Balvin as a among them. In response to Jungkook's favor towards him, J. Balvin posted a story on Instagram with the caption "Jungkook is the vibe" while playing "Seven".

Not only that, a few days after that interview, J. Balvin posted a mysterious tweet that many fans didn't seem to understand at first. ARMY recognized the two emojis used, the peace sign and the hand, adding up to seven and took it as a sign of a possible collaboration between him and Jungkook. It clearly shows that the possibility of them combining is very high.

But it seems that this time, ARMYs felt "not very interested" in Jungkook's collaboration with J.Balvin when they discovered this Latin artist's "яα¢ιѕт" past. ARMYs point out that J. Balvin has been active as an artist for many years and, during that time, has been criticized for what some consider anti-bl@ck behavior and comments directed at black women.

In 2018, the artist was criticized for saying he viewed Rihanna as suitable for ̾s̾e̾x instead of marriage during a YouTube video he appeared in. Though he commented during a game and apologized afterward, many felt his added commentary was unnecessary. Specifically, he said: "Rihanna isn’t a good woman to marry, just fool around."

Next, the artist had to apologize for using the hashtags #everylifematters and #latinolivesmatter amid the #BlackLivesMatter protests following George Floyd‘s m̾u̾r̾d̾e̾r. As those at the front of the moment explain, using other terms like those is a way of h1jacking focus from the cause.

His social media post of himself dancing with a black person was found to be in poor taste.

Most recently, the artist was criticized after his music video for “Perra” featured bl@ck women depicted as dogs. J. Balvin is seen “walking” two of the women given dog features on a leash and even earned criticism from his mother over the song’s lyrical content.

Though he later apologized for the video and deleted it, these instances and others have left a bad taste in many netizens’ mouths. That's why ARMYs are worried about Jungkook's collaboration with J.Balvin:

- stay AWAY FROM HIM YOU BASTARD

- god im sick of him

- PLEASE GOD NO NOT THE COLOMBIAN LIAM PAYNE

- GET AWAY FROM JUNGKOOK

- J Balvin is saying Rihanna is for ̾s̾e̾x & not for marriage, when he looks like a f*cking toe and she makes more than he will ever see in a lifetime. He’s not her equal in any way & yet still trying to enforce/αѕѕign old colonial stereotypes & positions.

- I’ve seen J Balvin in concert cause my friend loves him. He cannot dress. He cannot dance. He has no stage presence. When I say he looks like a squat little foot w/colored dírtч hair, I am not exaggerating.

- I liked a few of his songs despite all the wh̾i̾t ̾e girls & folks he has up & through his videos despite the Black ppl who actually work & dance w/him. But honestly just f*ck him x1000. What a hee-diy0t!

- You saying Rihanna is for s3x, but what would be in it for her? You are entirely unattractive & you dance like you can’t f*ck. He gyrates like a dying fish in its final throes after its spent all its energy.

- If I saw J Balvin on the street, I wouldn’t even want to f*ck him. And I have low standards. And you think Rihanna....I’m so mad y’all

- you better stay away from him.

- get away from my man.

But along with that, others also rea̾s̾sured ARMYs that as long as J.Balvin respects BTS and everything is done within the framework of art, that collaboration should receive support. Not only that, in terms of music, J.Balvin also has many good songs and is also Jungkook's favorite artist, so if they rellay do have a collab, fans should not overreact.
