Jungkook’s Fully Completed Arm Tattoos Drive Fans Crazy

Since debuting with BTS, Jungkook has always been known as the member with a strong and distinctive personality. One of the ways he has chosen to express himself and his journey of growth is through his tattoos.

At first, it was just a few small details like the word “ARMY,” “BTS,” symbols related to his birth year, life philosophies, and more. Gradually, Jungkook’s right arm became a “canvas” filled with things that hold meaning to him and deeply reflect his emotions.

2023 marked a significant milestone when Jungkook – or perhaps his tattoo artist – shared photos showing that his tattooed arm was nearly complete. Jungkook wasn’t shy about showing it off to fans, even taking the time to explain the meanings behind each tattoo he had chosen.

Many fans believed that this would be the “final version” of the artwork on his skin. However, it seems Jungkook’s pαѕѕion for tattoos hasn’t stopped there!

Recently, social media has been buzzing after some eagle-eyed fans noticed that his right arm looks quite different from how it did in 2023. Based on screenshots from a vlog by fitness trainer Hanjin Choi – who has trained both Jungkook and V – fans spotted several striking updates.

Some of the old designs on Jungkook’s arm have been removed and replaced with new ones, yet the overall look remains harmonious and cohesive. Most notably, Jungkook has now added color to nearly all of his tattoos instead of keeping them black as they were in 2023, turning the entire piece into soмєтнing much more vibrant and lively.

In addition, the tattoos are no longer confined to just his arm but now extend up to his shoulder and even down to the front of his chest. This suggests that Jungkook is gradually turning his body into a larger “canvas,” continuing the story he wants to tell through his tattoos.

This transformation has sent the global fandom into a frenzy. Fans have been enthusiastically expressing their excitement online:

- Omg it looks so pretty i need full view with his chest tattoo in 4k. Jungkook pls

- jungkook once said "I want to get a tattoo" and he just...but it's so pretty

- Exactly, people saying “oh we miss the old Jungkook blah blah omg” when the adult Jungkook is actually the embodiment of what the younger JK always dreamed of. I’m so happy he gets to do everything he wants without gaf about anyone

- He’s going to end up with a blackout tattoo with the amount of ink covering the older ones — I feel like you can’t really tell them apart anymore.

- can't wait for a tattoo tour again in the future hehehe. love his insane tattoo arm

- I’m almost begging this man to post a little photo, you know? Please, Jungkook, some of us (me) are suffering here

- dang looks like it’s covering the moon and the scalloping. I loved the scalloping :(

- I thought 2023 was the final version, but 2025 Jungkook said: plot twist!

- His arm is literally a masterpiece in progress — I love watching it evolve

- He keeps upgrading the tattoos like it’s DLC content and I’m here for it

- This man just keeps finding new ways to make us lose our minds

- The colors look so vibrant, it feels like his tattoos just came to life!

- Jungkook’s body is becoming a full gallery at this point and I’m obsessed

- He really said ‘no final version, only continuous improvement'

Meanwhile, the tattoo artist who has worked with Jungkook for years has also previously mentioned a “second version” of the superstar’s full-sleeve tattoo. It turns out that this wasn’t about wanting to change the design entirely from the start, but rather because some of the old tattoos were severely damaged. On top of that, Jungkook wanted to fix them so that he could confidently wear short-sleeved shirts in the summer.

In the end, no matter what the Golden Maknae decides to do with his tattoos, fans always welcome it and can’t wait to get a closer look whenever possible!
