As ARMY knows, promoting on music shows has become commonplace for BTS members. Recently, after releasing Seven, Jungkook also promoted it on M Countdown and recently, the results of this music show were announced. None other than Jungkook and Seven won this trophy.
However, there was an unfortunate and humorous incident that happened with Jungkook's M Countdown trophy. Even if Jungkook was not present at the filming location, he also saw this.
After the show aired, Jungkook immediately showed his adorable reaction to the incident with the first trophy at M Countdown. Here's what's happening:
BTS' Jungkook recently shared his thoughts on his second win on M Countdown but also couldn't hide his reaction to the unfortunate incident with his trophy on the show.
Earlier in the month, Jungkook finally released his solo track “Seven” with a video featuring actress Han So Hee that quickly caught the attention of fans. After that, the song also immediately became a worldwide нιт, enchanting millions of fans and setting up incredible achievements.
Most typically, earlier this week, Jungkook and ARMYs were extremely happy when Seven reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, extending the achievements of the BTS members. And recently, on July 27, Jungkook continued to reap the 2nd win with his first solo song on M Countdown.
Specifically, Jungkook's Seven was nominated for first place along with NewJeans. In the end, this week's results went to Seven and Jungkook made ARMYs couldn't hide their excitement as he went on to win his second.
But soṃệẗḧing funny happened at the end of the show when MC Miyeon of (G)I-DLE announced the winner and the trophy of M Countdown. She was sharing her last words to close the show and was holding the trophy in her hand when the top of the trophy suddenly fell off.
Luckily, with help from MONSTA X's Shownu and younger idols, they were able to get the top of the trophy back quickly. After that, it took Soyou's help in the middle of the trophy's tail while Shownu held the rest for Miyeon to complete the final part of the show.
The messy image of Miyeon trying to finish the comment section ending with Shownu and Soyou holding parts of the trophy (and Hyungwon smiling in the background) is truly iconic to many fans. But it's even cuter when the owner of the trophy - Jungkook also witnessed the moment.
He also expressed his feelings right after witnessing that moment on Weverse with fans. He wrote: "ARMY, thank you for number one on ‘M Countdown!’ Thanks to you all, I was able to be number one on ‘M Countdown’ twice!!! Hehe. Uh… I was actually watching it live? I saw the trophy head come off hahaha. Hahahahahahah thank you!!!"
