The 7 members of BTS have been together for over 10 years, from when they were teenagers to now as 30-year-old men.

Looking back at their decade-long career, it seems easy and quick, but in reality, there were many difficult times. In fact, many of them even considered giving up on debuting as professional idols.

ARMYs may know the story of j-hope leaving HYBE right before their debut or V calling his father to express his intention to return home, but perhaps, some fans don't know that even maknae Jungkook also considered leaving when he faced a hard time.

In an interview, Jungkook pointed out that becoming a trainee at the age of 15 and debuting later was not easy for him. There were especially times when he felt like he couldn't adapt to the new competitive life in Seoul alone and missed home.

That was also the time when he wanted to quit his internship at Big Hit and return to his hometown! But then, there was a member who helped him through the crisis that he is still grateful for to this day. That was Jin!

Jungkook shared that Jin became his strong support when he felt down. He could not forget the times Jin took him out to eat with his family and to go out in Seoul.

When Jungkook had to go to school, Jin was also in charge of picking him up and taking care of every meal. The eldest member of the group shared his understanding of the loneliness Jungkook faced by many different ways to help him gain more confidence and strength.

Jungkook was only 14-15 years old when he left his parents' arms to go to a new city and faced many pressures of being a trainee, which was difficult for a child like him. That's why Jin's timely care and concern gave him the motivation to not give up on his dream.
