BTS members are known to be members with good personalities and open hearts. Not only do they make a good impact, but they also work very hard in donating and sponsoring social welfare and patronage funds.

Recently, K-media has continuously reported that Jungkook has donated a large amount of money to the Children's Hospital in Seoul during a time when the sponsorship fund is facing many difficulties. This amount of up to billions of won has helped many children.

Not only that, Jungkook also sent a warm message to the children who enjoy his patronage:

Known as the top idols of Kpop, BTS owns a huge fortune as well as a strong influence in the country and in the world. However, the group has never bragged about their wealth, but instead, they choose to quietly do useful things and use their wealth to support more difficult circumstances.

During nearly a decade, BTS members have contributed a lot of money to charities, sponsoring people in difficult circumstances, children, cultural funds or even campaigns. This makes BTS an example of a celebrity with a golden personality and it also encourages fans to do the same good deeds they do.

Most recently, Jungkook once again continued the traditions and meaningful actions of BTS members when donating a large amount of money to families with children who are not sick at Seoul National University Children's Hospital. Specifically, K-media reported, on April 18, Seoul National University Children's Hospital gratefully announced that Jungkook had transferred 1 billion won to sick children and their families (approximately $759,000 USD). 

It is known that the money raised will be used to treat children from low-income families and for the integrated care center project. At Seoul National University Children's Hospital, children with rare and serious incurable dísєαsєs, childhood ċäńċệŕ and leukemia from all over the country are being treated. In particular, the hospital operates an integrated care center to help not only the patient but also the patient's family.

However, the hospital explained that it is difficult to sustain the integrated care center project without funding because from a children's hospital perspective there is already a deficit. The hospital said Jungkook's donation will be a great source of comfort for the patient and his family in this situation.

Choi Eun-hwa, Director of Seoul National University Children's Hospital, said: "Taking care of a child's health is deciding the child's entire life. Funding is an investment in the future and hope, as well as a gift of relief and peace for the poor family". Besides, with a source of comfort from Jungkook, the hospital also made a commitment that: "All members of Children's Hospital will do our best to bring our children back home, school and return to their family and friends in good health."

Meanwhile, while making the donation, Jungkook is reported to have sent an extremely emotional message. He said: "I hope that it will help some children who are suffering, and I will support them so that they can smile healthy."
