On August 27 (local time), BTS and Jungkook had an explosive night in Chicago as part of their “ARIRANG” World Tour, receiving enthusiastic cheers from tens of thousands of fans at Sol∂ιєr Field. At the end of Day 1’s concert, the Golden Maknae expressed his happiness and gratitude to the fans who had supported the group after waiting for seven years: “Thank you for coming.”

He also shared: “It’s an honor that we were able to meet you guys with another good performance. A long time ago we performed in Chicago in the rain and I have only happy memories. I had such a great time and tomorrow is gonna be another good performance. I’m gonna get some rest, thank you for coming and get home safe.”

Meanwhile, notably after today’s concert, fans were surprised to see Jungkook post an Instagram Story, explaining a small “incident” he had α¢¢ι∂єитally caused. The story quickly caught attention as it showed a particularly sweet and thoughtful side of the idol!

Specifically, Jungkook posted a screenshot of the Instagram account @k_graeman, a cartoonist known for drawings documenting family life, particularly the relationship between a father, wife, and daughter through comic ѕтяιρs and acrostic poems. Along with the screenshot, Jungkook wrote: “It sure was an α¢¢ι∂єит, but I do watch your videos heheheheheheh”.

It turned out that Jungkook had α¢¢ι∂єитally нιт the follow button on this account earlier. After noticing that a BTS member had suddenly appeared in his followers list, the account owner was incredibly excited and shared his reaction on his Instagram Story.

In his story, he wrote: “Good heavens! BTS!!! Did you perhaps α¢¢ι∂єитally press the follow button…!! even if it was a mistake, it’s okay… just the fact that jungkook watched our videos. is already an honor. ehehe, what a joy~ thank you”.

It seems that Jungkook saw this post and decided to respond directly with a Story. The idol admitted that the follow really was α¢¢ι∂єитal, but at the same time made fans laugh by revealing that he genuinely watches the videos posted on the account. This means that although the follow itself was an α¢¢ι∂єит, Jungkook’s interest in their content was completely genuine.

Notably, Jungkook posted the Story before нιтting the unfollow button on the account. This small detail made fans admire his good character even more. He could have simply unfollowed the account without saying anything, but instead, he took the initiative to clarify the situation, addressed it through an official Story, and even showed his support for the account owner.

In fact, fans and the account owners themselves understand the unspoken rule among BTS: Jungkook, as well as the other BTS members, have generally been quite selective about following Instagram accounts outside the group. On Instagram, they mainly follow BTS’s official account and the members’ personal accounts to avoid unnecessary complications. On other platforms, however, they seem to be a little more relaxed about this. For example, Jungkook currently also follows a TikTok account run by a fan who creates incredibly cute caricatures of BTS.

What seemed like nothing more than a tiny α¢¢ι∂єитal follow turned into an especially adorable story because of the way Jungkook handled the situation. For the cartoonist, knowing that Jungkook genuinely watches and enjoys his content may be worth more than anything else. Fans also shared plenty of interesting reactions to the situation:
