Jin enlisted in the army last December and he has been serving for more than 100 days so far. Although it has not been a very long time, his family, friends and BTS members certainly miss him.
Although they can communicate by phone, it would be better to meet in person or Jin can eat a meal prepared by his mother. And fortunately, Jin had his first vacation since enlistment, even though it only lasted a few days.
On the occasion of Jin's return home after many days of enlistment, Jin's family did this earlier than he actually did because he would have to re-enlist in the next few days. That really means a lot to Jin's mother:
Many ARMYs probably already know that Jin was recently returned to his family and BTS members after more than 3 months of enlistment. Jin enlisted in the army in early December of last year and since then, he has only seen his family once and another time with j-hope and Jimin when they arrived at the army barracks.
Fans discovered Jin's latest photo after RM and SUGA posted a photo of the BTS members having dinner together. It seemed that they had gathered enough to welcome Jin's return.
However, many people will surely wonder if this news is true or why Jin was allowed to return home. In fact, the fact that Jin appeared outside the m̷i̷l̷i̷t̷a̷r̷y̷ barracks was not new news. A few days before Jin was allowed to return home, ̾k̾o̾r̾e̾an media reported that he would be taking his first m̷i̷l̷i̷t̷a̷r̷y̷ leave after more than 3 months of serving as an active duty solďïệr.
This vacation started right after the first traineeship Jin was responsible for as an äṩṩistant instructor graduated. Jin has completed his first mission and he will have a vacation of about a month until the next rookie cläṩṩ.
With Jin's first vacation, he will have 3-5 days off from the barracks and he has chosen to return home to visit his family when allowed. After 3-5 days off, Jin will return to the unit although not on a mission but will have to prepare some things to welcome the new recruit.
Specifically, the next recruitment that Jin will receive and train on is July 23. July 23 is 2023, the 7th batch of admissions. In which, recruits will be admitted to the camp on the 18th. April.
That's why Jin appeared at the reunion party with BTS yesterday. But thanks to this short vacation, Jin did not miss an important occasion for his family.
Recently, Jin's brother posted a photo on Instagram with a few captions. In the picture is a beautifully decorated strawberry-flavored cake.
The top of the cake was written with the words: "Happy birthday to mother" and below it were the names of the children and nephew in the family. It includes: Jung (Kim Seokjung - Jin's brother), Reum (Ahreum, Jin's sister-in-law), Jin and Sun (Kim Seon - Jin's nephew).
Along with that, Jin's brother also wrote that: "It's little early, but since we're all together, celebrate".
It can be seen that since Jin enlisted, this is a rare occasion where his family can be together. So maybe Jin's family decided to celebrate his mother's birthday earlier than it actually was so he could attend before going back to the Training Center.
Fortunately, even if it's just a short vacation, it helps Jin and his mother be together as her birthday approaches. Surely Jin and his family are very happy and cherish these precious days.
