Jin Targeted Over Allegations of Dividing Jimin and Jungkook, but the Truth Behind His Actions Touches ARMYs

There are many different types of fans in the fan community. Among them, solo fans and shippers are often considered to be just as troublesome and toxic as sasaeng fans. There is nothing wrong with supporting just one member or a particular duo in a group, but the problem arises when these people start badmouthing and putting down other members, creating division within the fandom.

Even during happy occasions like concerts, especially one that coincided with Jungkook’s birthday like yesterday’s concert, these people still went out of their way to create unnecessary controversies. For example, they accused fans of throwing a phone and putting Jimin in danger, when the truth was that the phone had already been lying on the floor before Jimin walked past it.

After Jimin, it was Jin’s turn, as he recently became the target of these people’s accusations that he was “trying to drive Jungkook and Jimin apart”!

The controversy began with a video shared on social media showing Jin changing seats and moving between Jungkook and Jimin during the ending ment of the first concert in LA. Based on this brief moment alone, some solo fans and haters immediately accused Jin of deliberately “separating” the two members, even claiming that he was ruining the atmosphere and trying to steal the spotlight.

The criticism quickly became increasingly harsh, with numerous attacking and insulting comments directed at Jin.

However, when the entire sequence of events is taken into account, the story is completely different. The truth is that there was no “sabotage” at all. Instead, Jin changed seats simply because he wanted Jungkook to be the last one to speak on his special birthday, giving him more time to talk with the fans. Notably, Jimin had also expressed his wish for Jungkook to be the last member to speak earlier.

Therefore, Jin’s action was not only motivated by his consideration for Jungkook but also aligned with Jimin’s wishes. Level-headed fans stepped up to defend Jin, stating: “There was absolutely no ridiculous conspiracy behind this moment, and we want to make it clear that we will NOT tolerate ANY negative comments about this incident. All violating accounts will be reported (report) both internally and publicly.”

Solo fans, haters, or shippers may twist an action and turn it into a controversy on social media, but they can never change the truth, tarnish the idols’ character, or drive a wedge between the members. Fans not only showered Jin with praise for his thoughtful gesture but also turned their criticism back toward the overly aggressive fans:

- It was Jimin who loudly shouted "JK last" twice, insisting that Jungkook should go last when the members sat down for their closing remarks. Seokjin also attempted to switch seats midway because he agreed with Jimin's idea. I hope people stop engaging in delusional speculation

- I get it! No shade on Jin. He wasn’t separating anyone, he was giving JK the chance to be LAST so he could sincerely thank fans on his BD, & that would be the send-off message at the very end. It was actually quite chivalrous & unselfish! Bravo Jin! I see you now!

- Please don't misinterpret things, and much less throw hate at Jin over a simple ship. ur ship doesn't exist so stop the delusions & go to mental institution instead

- Isn‘t this for Junkook’s birthday? To make him speak more and interact with fans more. Don‘t be paranoid. What does it have to do with Seokjin? Seokjin is still too kind. Are you brain broken?

- What about being kind and thinking the birthday boy should be last so all enjoy his speech. Not everything is related to shipping.

- What's the point of being in the fandom pretending to be an ARMY? JK was supposed to speak last, which is why he moved—to stay in order. Any real ARMY would look into the facts before spreading hate or encouraging it. Your question was malicious. Ridiculous.

- 5,000 mentally ill people. I’m starting to understand why there’s such a shortage of medical specialists. They sat down; Yoongi said Tae would go first, and Jimin said JK would go last, so Jin swapped places with JK. Wow—does logical thinking and looking at the whole situation actually hurt some people?

- It’s 2026 and we’ve seen like 3,636 reports about almost all the members being in relationships, the company even confirmed JM’s, these guys are all 30 and about to get married and have kids soon, yet these creeps are still living in their imaginary world with all that stuff over the smallest things...
