On this day, Netflix's variety show Kian's Bizarre B&B, starring artist Kian84, Jin, and actress Ji Ye Eun, is the #1 show on Netflix South кσяєα Top 10 Shows and also a Netflix Top 10 Show in many countries after the first episode. 

Kian's Bizarre B&B is a new concept special stay-at-home variety show where Kian8 plays the owner of a hotel on Ulleungdo Island while Jin and Ji Ye Eun are talented employees. Although the first episodes of the show have just aired, fans are already hooked on the fun and humorous experiences.

Notably, this is the first time BTS superstar Jin has appeared regularly on a variety show since his debut. Instead of his usual charismatic idol image, fans got to see him in a sweat-soaked shirt, lifting a heavy pot, cleaning rooms, taking care of guests who came to the hostel, etc.

On April 15, Jin and the crew attended the press conference for the show, held at JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul in Jongno-gu, Seoul. There, reporters asked many questions around the show and received responses from the crew members.

Most notably, News1's interview content included the interaction between the BTS superstar and the members of Kian's hostel. Actress Ji Ye Eun hesitantly expressed her concerns about her chemistry with Jin when the show airs.

"He's a world star, so I thought if I got too close, I might get criticized, so I tried to keep some distance. It was nice, but I was also nervous." she mentioned.

"But in this enviroment, I couldn't really do that, so we became close more quickly. He treated me comfortably, and we got along well." she continued.

When the actress mentioned this issue, Jin understood that there were many people who had worked with BTS who were similarly worried. That's why he acted as naturally and freely as possible so that the other members wouldn't feel pressured.

Jin said, "I heard that many people feel like they’ll get criticized if they're αѕѕociated with BTS, and they seem to have a hard time getting closer to others, so sometimes I try to approach more aggressively at first".

On the other hand, in the first ep, Jin ever mentioned the same as he joined the show. He said: "It might be also be because they feel awkward around me but others people are always polite toward me. But I'd like them to act more friendly with me. So when I stike up a conversaion with someone, I purposely speak in a little more aggressively playful way. That way, we can be more relaxed around each other".

Ji Ye Eun or Kian84 are not the only ones who expressed this concern when appearing with Jin on the show. The director of Kian's Bizarre B&B also expressed similar concerns, even fearing that a superstar like Jin would give up because he could not bear the hardship.

Obviously, Jin is at the level of an international superstar, so the co-stars participating in the show with him will feel a distance. Moreover, Jin's fan base and the number of viewers watching the show are so huge, it is understandable that the actress feels cautious in interacting with him to avoid controversy.

However, just as Ji Ye Eun said, Jin's friendliness has blurred the distance between them. Not only the actress but also Kian84 and the staff on the show are attracted by Jin's sociability. Instead of awkward moments, Kian's homestay is filled with laughter, exploding in unpredictable situations.
