On December 13, the oldest member of BTS - Jin started his military enlistment. He performed his mandatory military service by starting a 5-week basic training course at the recruit training center in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province. He will then transfer to his unit on the front line to perform his service as an active-duty soldier.

On this day, the remaining six members accompanied Jin to the training ground to show support and say goodbye to him. In the video released later, where BTS shared Jin's private moments before his enlistment, the members said their goodbyes by touching Jin's head with his new shaved hairstyle.

All members admire Jin's handsomeness, even with short hair. They also discussed how difficult it would be for Jin to wash his face and hair in this hairstyle.
