According to a report from Yonhap News, insiders said that Jin has officially sent a notice canceling the postponement of enlistment to the Military Manpower Association. Previously, Jin and BTS used the right to postpone enlistment until the age of 30 when facilitated by the government due to their many contributions to the country.

With this offer, Jin will be postponed to the army until December 31 of this year. However, in the latest HYBE announcement in mid-October regarding the enlistment process of BTS members, HYBE announced that Jin will be the first BTS member to voluntarily enlist in this year. 

Thus, in order to be able to enlist in the army, Jin must apply to cancel the military service application that was submitted earlier. After the application is approved, Jin will be called up to join the army in about a month. Jin also announced that he will apply after he finishes promoting his new solo album, that is, after returning from Argentina.

Since Jin has now officially submitted his application to cancel the postponement, he will now be eligible to be called up for military service. The Military Manpower Association will determine Jin's enlistment date after taking into consideration the number of applicants, the needs of the military, and other factors.
