Jin “Breaks A Sweat“ Over Bringing This Guest On Stage — But It Ends Up Stealing the Spotlight

Jin has long been known for his ability to turn every stage into an emotional and surprising experience for fans. During BTS’s Wings Tour in 2017, he carried out a series of 20 “Heart Events” — υиєχρє¢тє∂ moments that ARMYs always looked forward to and got excited about whenever they came to the stadium.

On the other hand, during BTS’s Permission To Dance On Stage era — the concert following the pandemic — Jin continued his tradition by turning himself into a “gift,” clipping cute accessories on his hair or tying it into a “garlic bun,” and not forgetting his signature “flying kiss.”

These small but impressive events show Jin’s endless creativity and how his mind never stops thinking about creating unique memories for ARMYs. That spirit is also accurately reflected through his one-of-a-kind idea — RunSeokjin EP. Tour — where, for the first time, fans get to experience the feeling of directly participating in a concert.

Throughout the 2025 concert tour, in addition to unique interactions and captivating performances, Jin also never forgets to maintain his tradition of preparing small events that surprise fans. The show at the O2 Arena — where Jin was the first solo artist to perform — was no exception.

On the first concert night, the au∂ιєnce witnessed a never-before-seen version of Super Tuna: Jin wore an alien costume and performed with a cute, humorous style. This υиєχρє¢тє∂ appearance was not announced in advance, surprising the au∂ιєnce and quickly going viral on SNS. Videos and images of Jin in the alien costume were widely shared, with fan reactions being extremely enthusiastic everywhere.

Although fans' reactions afterward were full of excitement, during a live broadcast after the concert, Jin admitted that he had "broken out in a cold sweat" when bringing the idea to life: “When I was doing Super Tuna, there was soмєтнing strange. Completely υиєχρє¢тє∂, but an alien popped up. I worried, what if the fans don’t like this? But you really liked it a lot.”

It seems Jin had been overthinking about the possibility of the performance becoming chaotic — but no! Fans completely loved his bold creativity, which had already become his signature. On the other hand, Jin’s honest sharing made fans appreciate him even more, knowing that his ideas are often carefully thought out to bring joy, not just to be “unique.”

Jin can definitely breathe a sigh of relief when looking at how fans spread highlight videos of him dancing and waving in the alien costume. “Alien Jin” was transformed into fan art, memes, and humorous clips that flooded social media.

An Instagram account posted a clip with the caption: “SUPER TUNA BY ALIEN JIN LIVE IN LONDON DAY 1 HISTORY MAKER JIN AT THE O2…”
— and it gained thousands of likes in just a few hours. Another account posted a video with the caption: “Jin in alien costume for Super Tuna today …”, also received similar attention.

On X, a user shared: “did not expect to see Jin dancing to Super Tuna in his alien costume #RUNSEOKJIN_epTOUR_LONDON”. Complimentary reactions also appeared widely:
