For fans, it is not uncommon to love many different idols at the same time. Among the ARMYs sitting here, I'm sure half of them also support other idols they feel love for because of their music, visuals, talent,...or whatever next to BTS.

Of course, idols also can't control the fact that their fans have more idols. Even like Jungkook said, he still cherishes the affection of the people who used to be his fans but then no longer.

And this is probably the same with other BTS members. Recently, however, Jimin was put in a similar hypothetical situation where he had to express his thoughts if ARMYs were to give love and support to other idols as well. Jimin's reaction is actually quite funny:

The relationship between idols and fans is one that comes from loving and admiring someone whom we consider our ideal type. It is also a form of love, but it is a different kind of love between men and women.

But sometimes, fanning an idol will have some points like being in a romantic relationship. For example, fans will prefer their idols to be single and not interact much with other women in an intimate manner. In some funny situations, fans can show jealousy (only positive aspects) when their idol interacts with the opposite ѕєχ.

Besides, the fact is that it's not just fans who have such reactions, idols sometimes have their own fan service for their fans and they often show the same reaction if they see his fans show affection to other idols or other people. But overall, those are humorous situations in a positive way and hopefully, fans will only think about it to a certain extent.

Back to Jimin's story. He recently did a radio episode to promote his new album, FACE. On this radio show, Jimin sat down and answered some quick, tough questions from the radio host.

One of the questions that got the attention of ARMYs was about how he would react if ARMYs helped another idol "peel the perilla leaves". This seems like a simple situation, but in fact BTS once had a symbolic controversy about this.

Specifically, the questions included: "Can ARMY peel perilla leaf for other idol or not?". This begins from a talk show when BTS discussed whether they would notice if their lover helped their friend peel perilla leaves. It is known that perilla leaves are one of the popular side dishes in ̾k̾o̾r̾e̾an food tables and the leaves are often stuck together. So, the fact that one person helps the other to separate them is somєthing that can also be seen a lot on the dining table.

Among the BTS members at that time, most including Jimin felt that it was okay for a lover to split perilla leaves for his friend. Meanwhile, V feels that there will be a slight controversy afterward and Jungkook vehemently opposes this action. Jungkook even stated that if they peel the perilla leaf, the next thing they would do will be holding hands, and geting married. L0L!

Now, Jimin is put in a different situation than ARMYs peeling perilla leaves for other idols. And his reaction seems to be similar but more suspicious.

Jimin then replied: "Ey that’s not it, guys. I don’t really care about this sort of thing but why are you guys peeling a perilla leaf for another idol? Why are you there eating with another idol? I don’t get it". Please note he doesn't mind that but it seems like his next statement and his attitude didn't.

Many other ARMYs also noticed this anomaly and are convinced that Jimin would really be jealous if his fans did the same:

- He said I don't care about the perilla leaf But why are you on a date with another idol when I'm right here

- He said, "you are mine..and only mine"

Jungkook and V have also received similar questions from ARMYs on Instagram and Weverse in the past. While Jungkook híts around the bush by saying that he and ARMYs shouldn't eat perilla leaves, V has a romantic, possessive response. He never wanted ARMYs to do that.

Well, looks like ARMYs should be careful if splitting perilla leaves helps someone because not every BTS member can get past this that easily!
