On May 27 (local time), BTS delivered an explosive performance during the third night of their “BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG” concerts held at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. The idols heated up the entire venue with their ever-improving visuals and outstanding stage presence.
Throughout the show that day, BTS led the atmosphere in the stadium with 100% energy, powerful vocals, and radiant smiles amid the nonstop cheers and pαѕѕionate support of more than 60,000 fans. At the same time, the members’ perfect teamwork combined with the grand stage production pushed the energy inside the stadium to its peak.
With only one final night left before BTS wraps up their concert series at this stop, the group will then take a two-week break before resuming the world tour with two performances in Busan for their 13th anniversary celebration. Both the members and fans were eagerly looking forward to a memorable final night at Allegiant Stadium. However, alongside that anticipation came concern after news about Jimin’s health before the final concert began spreading online!
Specifically, during the soundcheck — just a few hours before the final Las Vegas concert — RM directly revealed while interacting with fans that Jimin had caught a cold. Many fans present at the venue also confirmed that they saw the idol repeatedly wiping his nose during the soundcheck. Some fan-recorded videos even clearly captured the sound of him sniffling in between singing parts.
Despite not being in the best condition physically, Jimin still appeared on time, completed the entire performance, and continuously tried to interact with fans with the brightest attitude possible. That only made many ARMYs feel even more heartbroken!
Notably, in recent days, it has not only been Jimin, but several BTS members who have shown signs of their health being affected after a long period of intense world tour schedules. During yesterday’s concert, SUGA mentioned: “We had three concerts and I’m not feeling at the top shape. I had got a little stye in my eye. So my eyes hurt a lot while performing, but thanks to your energy, I was able to overcome it".
Accordingly, fans also noticed that throughout both the soundcheck and the concert, SUGA was frequently seen wearing glαѕѕes and had several moments where he appeared uncomfortable. Nevertheless, he still tried his best to complete the performance flawlessly without making any mistakes.
In addition, a few days earlier during a livestream after the AMAs, RM had already mentioned the group’s overall health condition after two consecutive concert nights in Las Vegas while explaining why BTS did not perform or attend the event’s red carpet. At the time, RM said: “We just did 2 shows and my voice is hoarse and…” Jin quickly added: “And we still have many more concerts ahead of us.” RM then briefly concluded: “Because of health issues, we told ourselves, ‘Let’s do what we can do,’ and we wanted to show everyone our normal state.”
