Specifically, Jimin officially switched his TikTok account with the blue verification checkmark to public — seemingly ready to make his debut on the platform. Fans were finally able to freely follow what appears to be the idol’s official TikTok account after days of curiosity and anticipation. Amazingly, less than 20 minutes after it was made public, the account had already reached around 23,000 followers.

It is worth noting that this number was recorded even though most fans had not yet had a chance to learn about the account or the fact that it had been made public. Therefore, it is expected that Jimin’s follower count will continue to rise sharply as the news spreads.

Specifically, shortly before Jimin’s TikTok account was made public, he, j-hope, and Jungkook posted photos on Instagram at around the same time, showing the sunset scenery outside a car window. Notably, the angles and scenery in the photos had many similarities, leading ARMY to speculate that the three members might have been going somewhere together to film content — most likely a 3J TikTok dance challenge to promote Jimin’s new TikTok account.
