j-hope’s Update On BTS Members In LA Eases The Concern Of ARMYs About RM’s Health

After a long time away from the stage to complete military service and focus on individual activities, the BTS members have recently been reuniting to prepare for a music project slated for next spring.

Starting with RM, followed by SUGA, Jimin, and Jungkook, they departed for the group’s songwriting camp in the U.S. in early July. V, after finishing his schedule with CELINE in fяαи¢є, also immediately traveled to Los Angeles, where he joined the members for some fun live broadcasts.

Jin has also been in the U.S. since mid-month but is currently very busy with his solo tour across major cities like California and Florida. Meanwhile, the last member to join the group’s songwriting camp is j-hope, who arrived after completing his personal schedule.

Just a few days after arriving in the U.S., j-hope surprised fans by going live on the Weverse Live platform to connect with fans. In the context of the members reuniting after a long time apart, his live broadcast brought a warm and gentle feeling as he updated fans on the group’s daily life on that day—especially about the improvement in RM’s health.

j-hope began by talking a bit about a recent meal they had together: "Just a little bit ago, I ate with Namjoon. I've been eating with him and seeing him a lot. And Yoongi-hyung was there too. He ate with me first and then went up. And I was eating with Namjoon and then we talked."

Next, when he received a concerned question from a fan—“Do all the members sleep well?”—he quickly replied: “The members all sleep well. I sleep very well."

What stood out was that previously, RM had brought fans to tears when he revealed his severe insomnia since enlisting. He said that during his training period, he had difficulty adjusting to military life, and at one point suffered such extreme insomnia that he couldn’t sleep for 78 hours straight. He felt like a “zombie” and had to seek treatment with a psychiatrist and take sleeping pills.

This condition lasted for over a year, and although his mental health has gradually stabilized thanks to ongoing treatment, he still hasn’t been able to completely stop taking the medication. RM admitted that his fear of nighttime still lingers even after his discharge, and he still hasn’t been able to sleep properly.

j-hope’s update suggests that RM is gradually returning to a normal daily routine and is interacting positively with the members—bringing comfort and reαѕѕurance to fans who had long been concerned about his health.

Not only that, j-hope’s later remarks also warmed fans’ hearts and confirmed that the seven members being together is the best. “Now that I’m with the members, I laugh a lot. The laughter doesn’t stop. Everyone's become so funny. We're eating so well and we all eat together. How long has it been since we do everything like eating all together?” j-hope mentioned.

Living, working, and having fun together is the best healing remedy to help the members recover quickly. And this is exactly what fans have been waiting for over the past three years! Across social media, ARMYs have been leaving many joyful comments:
