Sometimes fans complain about how military service disrupts BTS' activities. But after going through this time, fans realize that it is not a big deal, and even sheds light on the relationships between the members of the group.
In recent years, under the influence of military service, ARMYs have witnessed the solo careers of all BTS members for the first time. One thing that fans clearly see is that even though the members are independent, the other members always help and support them when needed.
Recently, j-hope released a lot of new songs after his discharge, including the sweet song Sweet Dreams and the charming song "Mona Lisa". When interviewed, he shared that the BTS members were the first to listen to these songs when they were completed.
He revealed the group's reaction to listening to Sweet Dreams: "I played the song for all of the members. I made sure to share it with them when each of them was on their military leave, and I felt proud to be able to play it for them first. I was very happy that everyone liked it."
On the other hand, when talking about "Mona Lisa" in an interview with iHeartRadio's Z100 in New York, j-hope shared the feedback of a member of the group who played a "particularly important" role to him.
“Getting feedback from Jungkook meant a lot because I really respect him and as someone who respects the music of all of the members. Receiving that first, positive feedback from Jungkook meant a lot to me”, he said emotionally.
It's clear that despite being far apart in space, the members of the group always make sure to update each other's news and feedback. It's not only really helpful in terms of work but also in spirit.

BTS has maintained their friendship for more than a decade. Jin once revealed that mutual respect and professionalism between the members is the key to helping them do this.
“I think to be respectful, we need to recognize that we’re not friends, we’re partners who work together. Among friends, when you get mad at each other, sometimes you won’t help each other because you are mad. But here it’s that kind of concept. Basically, we’re working together. So, I think the most important thing is to have an attitude that even if there’s a situation where our feelings get hurt, we still have to work together professionally", he said.
