IU, ITZY... Share Their Feelings After Working With BTS

The combination of Kpop idols together is always the most anticipated and loved projects. The resonance from the reputation as well as the newness in the cooperation makes the fans extremely excited.

However, in the past 10 years, BTS often rarely works with female colleagues. There are very few female idols who have worked with BTS but they all have a deep impression after working with the group.

Below are female artists who have had the opportunity to collaborate with BTS for more than a decade of the group's activities, and they shared their thoughts on these collaborations. Let's see, what these female artists think about the members and the group:

1. ITZY's Ryujin and Yuna collaborate with Jimin, j-hope and Jungkook

When ITZY's Ryujin and Yuna were trainees, she worked with Jimin, j-hope and Jungkook on BTS's Love Yourself Highlight Reel. While Ryujin had choreography shots and even a shot in the rain with j-hope and Jimin, Yuna acted as Jungkook's friend while they were in the same hospital.

Both of them revealed that BTS works really seriously and hard so that's what both female idols learned before debuting. At a fansign and in some livestreams, Ryujin has always emphasized this experience, saying, "They were really kind to me. I was really thankful for that because I was a trainee at the time"

Meanwhile, Yuna expressed a bit of regret because it was the first scene in her career but she was not pretty (because she was a patient, she wore makeup to look weak). But she also said that Jungkook helped her a lot during filming and so she was able to finish her first scene well. She also appreciates the opportunity to do this.

2. Younha talks about her collaboration with RM

At the beginning of 2020, Younha and RM of BTS released "Winter Flower", and in an interview, Younha shared that her collaboration with RM was the one that left the biggest impression on her. She confided, "I think my collaboration with RM left the biggest impression."

When the two worked on "Winter Flower" together, RM was abroad to participate in BTS activities, but he was constantly connected with Younha and edited their work. She shared, "He was traveling all over the world at the time. So he sent me emails that were this long."

Younha also praised RM for his detail, saying, "RM played a large part in the depth of the song. He created a lot of those details. I’m really thankful to him about that. He’s very, very detailed. With every single mix or tune, he’s so detailed."

3. IU shares her experience working with SUGA

In 2020, IU released the song "Eight", featuring SUGA. Suga acts as the producer and rap artist in the song. This is also an explosive combination for Kpop fans when witnessing the handshake of top Kpop artists and producers.

Naturally, both have won many awards and high achievements with their hits. IU also shared that the memories of working with SUGA were also very impressive and smooth.

In an interview, IU once shared that working with SUGA was very comfortable and relaxing because the two understood each other quite well and didn't take much time. She expressed, "[Working together] was comfortable. The creative process was relaxed and comfortable, the most laidback of any song I’ve recently worked on."

4. Solbi talks about Jin's personality

Singer, entertainer and TV personality Solbi worked alongside Jin on Law of the Jungle, and the two became quite close despite their age gap. Solbi was impressed from the beginning with Jin's openness and friendliness as he made friends with everyone on that show first.

She also shared that when BTS hit #1 on the Billboard 200, she texted him congratulating him. Although Jin was busy with his schedule with the group at the time, he responded to the message immediately.

Solbi confided: "There’s never been an instance where he didn’t reply to my text. That’s when I thought, ‘he is very detailed, that’s why he is doing so well’. His personality is really good!"
