On November 1, a series of new reports from HYBE's internal report were shared. In the latest report revealed, there were many entertainment companies, idols in the industry, and even HYBE's own artists mentioned with "ѕнσ¢кing words".
Part of the latest document mentioned V and his solo album "Layover" as the target of the story. In particular, there was a part attracting attention. It focused on the stir that "an artist" was said to have taken the album design idea from "Layover". But the main point was HYBE's attitude towards this event, which made fans extremely angry.
Specifically, HYBE showed that they were aware of the story that V's album design idea was copied when ARMYs reflected on it on SNS. The evidence is that they mentioned "rumors among fans", "shoebox-like packaging", "the boyish photo", "Plagiarism of V's solo album design",... in the internal document. Not only that, they also captured the entire movement of fans at the time of the scandal.
But the most surprising thing is that HYBE showed an attitude of ignoring and even mocking the reaction of international ARMYs to that situation. While many fans think that HYBE did not see the fans' reflection to resolve V's album story, in fact HYBE knew but did not take any action. - Hybe's main problem is Min Hee Jin. They still can't accept this fact that she helped Tae produce such an amazing album, and they wanna change the fact in some way.

Meanwhile, the controversy over V's "Layover" album being copied in style broke out about a year ago. At that time, V and SHINee's Taemin were called out when fans of the two idols discovered similarities in their album designs. SM Entertainment was accused of copying the unique physical album design that seemed to represent V in many different artistic ways, breaking normal standards.
