Jungkook enjoys drinking as a way to relieve stress and relax, just like any other hobby. Of course, this only happens after he became an adult, legally allowed to consume alcohol.

Whether it is midnight or dawn, fans have often seen Jungkook appear with glαѕѕes of alcoholic drinks. Especially during his conversations with ARMYs, beer and wine are indispensable catalysts. In one previous live broadcast with fans, he once mentioned: “It's not that I drink on lives purposely, for some reason you guys come to my mind automatically once the drink kicks in".

Although Jungkook enjoys doing this, at first, the idea of appearing on Weverse Live with alcohol was stopped multiple times by older members, as they feared it might stir up negative talk around him. But later, instead of stopping him, the BTS members seemed to have accepted Jungkook’s freedom to express his preferences, only gently reminding him to take care of his health. During one live broadcast when Jungkook was sipping a highball, Jimin left sweet comments such as: “You can do whatever you want,” “Do a broadcast about drinking,” “Do whatever you want,” “Jakey, I’m about to go, don’t drink too much,” …

Meanwhile, RM joined in the spontaneous mood of the livestream, asking Jungkook to sing a few of his favorite songs and leaving the comment: “Drink in moderation, dude.” Not stopping there, j-hope also tuned in to the youngest member’s broadcast, leaving a loving reminder: "Cute fella, drink moderately and have fun".

Even when worried about Jungkook going live with alcohol, the members never showed signs of trying to stop him or scolding him harshly. Instead, they displayed tolerance and genuine care for their youngest through each affectionate comment. This clearly stands in contrast with the reactions of toxic individuals, self-proclaimed fans who claim to mean well.

It is precisely these so-called “fans” who harshly criticized him for drinking during live broadcasts with millions of viewers, or mocked him as living recklessly, often being drunk and unable to control himself. Some even made unreasonable demands, such as advising him to quit alcohol altogether.
