On January 16, RM and V completed the training completion ceremony at the Army Training Center and received the title of elite recruit. The two members' parents were also present to attend their graduation ceremony.

After 5 weeks of basic military training, RM and V were promoted to private sol∂ιєrs on this day. Not only that, they are also 2 of only 6 rookies among 200 rookies to be honored as elite rookies. Those selected as 'elite trainees' stood on the podium during the graduation ceremony, receiving certificates of merit and a day off as rewards.

In the photo, RM's parents smiled brightly, standing next to their son in military uniform and holding a certificate of merit from the unit head. Only parents of elite rookies like V or RM are allowed to take pictures with their sons on the honor podium of such a ceremony. 1 month ago, also at this unit, RM's parents saw him off to join the army. Thinking back to that time, BTS's leader confessed that he was very worried about enlisting in the army in his 30s: "I have delayed enlisting for a long time. And I joined the military while I was still quite old, it's true that many things were scary and concerning. Also, because I joined the military late, most of the colleagues living with me were young almost 10 years younger than me."
