On December 24, Vogue נαραи announced V as the cover star for its February issue, titled "V's World." The photoshoot took place in Paris, featuring Celine—the luxury brand for which the male idol serves as a brand ambαѕѕador. In addition to the cover, V sat down for an interview with Vogue נαραи to share his story following his military discharge, while looking back at 2025—a year he described as "extremely busy." The person who left such a deep impression that he mentioned her directly in Vogue is a veteran ARMY named Elena. When Vogue World 2025 took place, she was one of the invited guests attending as a costume designer, and the moment that followed became history for both V and her.

Elena once reflected on her 11-year journey as a fan of BTS and V in an Instagram post after Vogue World 2025 concluded. She introduced herself as a fan since the early days of 2013—when, as she said, “that year was all about OO,” and no one at her school liked the group. She also shared photos from two BTS fansigns she attended during the Boy in Luv era in 2014, adding authenticity to her story.

Elena also pointed out that she was the very fan who first introduced the song “Someone Like You” to V when he asked for winter playlist recommendations. Later, he released a cover of the song and even mentioned her at least twice as the person who introduced him to this legendary track.

She also used to write letters to V on the BTS Daum Café fan page and received replies from him during those early years. Recalling those memories and meeting V again after 11 years, she wrote: “Tonight is definitely a night that 15-year-old Elena would never have dreamed of.”
