All BTS members have had their tattoos for a while. These tattoos become memories for 10 years, just like those ink stains, forever indelible in the memory of BTS.

Not only that, it seems to be just simple 7s, but actually, behind those single tattoos is an extremely wonderful combined meaning. ARMYs couldn't help but be touched by the meaning of the group's tattoo.

This was recently revealed through a tattoo artist for BTS:

Some time ago, Jungkook introduced tattoo artists to the members of BTS when they were about to get a friendship tattoo. The members also once revealed that they intend to have a tattoo with other members on the occasion of BTS's 1st anniversary.

In June of this year, the members began revealing the group's friendship tattoos. It is the number 7 tattoo in some places on the members' bodies such as the heels, on the ankles, waist, fingers, behind the ears. The number 7 represents the 7 members of BTS and more, a family, a partner, a friend,...

If you look closely, you can see that there is a slight difference between the number 7 tattooed by the members. For example it could be a normal 7 or a tiled 7. But overall, ARMYs didn't think this difference had a purpose.

But until today, when BTS' tattooist revealed the true meaning of those 7s when combined, ARMY realized just how much love BTS has for each other. The tattoo artist posted a story on his Instagram with the caption that out of the group's friendship idea, he came up with such an idea. He also said it was the most meaningful tattoo he's ever done and thanked the members for the opportunity to work with them.

In the photo that the tattooist posted, it is the image of 7 numbers 7 combined to form the word BTS. Really it also reflects a special thing about the group, that even if 7 people - 7 different personalities but when they get together, it will become a perfect and unique BTS 7.

- Aaaaand OF COURSE IT HAS A HIDDEN MEANING. Like it wouldn’t be bts if it didn’t have a deep personal meaning that was carefully thought out for every single detail. These men are always amaze me

- You'll see solos wishing they'd finally get a chance or a shot to separate their favorites from the group but then you have bts themselves rubbing it in everyone's faces that they are a team of 7 members who love each other and are proud to be a team

- and here I thought I would not cry today

- this is really so hearttouching bts is forever 7 made of 7 and they wouldn’t be bts without one of them

- may not know the placement but we can assume Yoongi/ Tae might have the same tattoo format as Jk and Jimin bc there are 3 regular 7 from what I can see and we know Jin, Hobi and Joon have those so…..?! but this is so cute they really are a family and the thought put into it<3
