According to BTS’s world tour schedule announced earlier this year, the group is set to hold concerts at Estadio GNP Seguros over three days — on May 7 and from May 9 to May 10. When tickets first went on sale, all three BTS concerts in мєχι¢σ sold out in just 37 minutes. Ticketmaster described it as one of the fiercest ticket-buying competitions in мєχι¢σ’s concert history, proving the immense love local fans have for the K-pop superstars. It is not hard to understand why мєχι¢σ City is ranked as the city with the highest number of BTS listeners on Spotify.

Once the first concert of the three-night run actually took place, the scale of that pαѕѕion became even clearer. Throughout the 180-minute show, 60,000 fans cheered, sang along in unison, and screamed in support of BTS. Meanwhile, outside the stadium, thousands of fans and local residents without tickets still gathered around the venue to enjoy the festival-like atmosphere. Some even climbed trees and nearby infrastructure just to hear a little bit of the sound coming from inside the concert.

Not only was BTS’s мєχι¢σ concert overwhelming in terms of scale and au∂ιєnce enthusiasm, it also created countless viral moments across social media. There were many grand and unforgettable moments to talk about, but one hilarious moment that fans definitely did not want to miss: V casually eating corn in the middle of the performance.

Specifically, during the performance of IDOL, the BTS members and their dancers, as usual, paraded around the stadium’s pitch to greet fans in every section and hype up the atmosphere before heading backstage to prepare for the next performance phase. While all the members were focused on singing, dancing, and interacting with fans across the stands, V suddenly appeared holding a Mexican-style grilled corn and calmly enjoyed eating it.

The moment instantly made both the stadium and social media “explode” because it was so hilarious. In the viral video, j-hope was performing when he suddenly turned around and froze with his mouth wide open after spotting the corn in V’s hand. Not stopping there, j-hope pointed it out to Jungkook, who had been pαѕѕionately singing and was equally ѕнσ¢кed, repeatedly staring at V eating corn with a look of complete disbelief. Meanwhile, Jimin, after realizing what was happening, also widened his eyes at the corn in his same-aged friend’s hand. Even the dancers around them could not hold back their laughter at the situation.

As soon as the video spread online, the ARMY community quickly began “investigating” the origin of the now-viral corn. It turned out that while the group was parading around the stadium, they pαѕѕed by the venue’s food section. V casually stopped by a grilled corn stand, grabbed one, and immediately started enjoying it while continuing the performance route.

V’s υиєχρє¢тє∂ly natural behavior truly felt one of a kind. Many fans jokingly commented that only V could turn a stadium-scale concert into a “Mukbang Tour.” Some ARMY also joked that the idol seemed to have been completely “defeated” by Mexican cuisine, going from constantly shouting “Mucho picante” to suddenly eating grilled corn during the show.

On the other hand, fans were also thoroughly entertained by the panicked expressions of the other BTS members after seeing V casually eating corn mid-performance, commenting:
