All eyes in the global entertainment world are currently on BTS as the seven members continue to create global sensations with their ARIRANG world tour. From their diverse and ever-changing stage outfits to the υиєχρє¢тє∂ performances at each stop, ARMY has not missed a single moment. Alongside all of this, fans’ attention has also υиєχρє¢тє∂ly turned to a special “staff member” behind the scenes.
That is none other than Stoney Blue — BTS’ official tour companion and “emotional support therapist” throughout the tour!
This Miniature Goldendoodle is owned by Angie Warner — BTS’ longtime tour manager — and has been with the group through a series of major milestones over the past five years, from Permission to Dance on Stage in LA (2021), j-hope’s historic performance at Lollapalooza, and SUGA’s D-Day Tour, to BTS’ North αмєяι¢αn leg of the ARIRANG world tour this time. Not only has Stoney Blue frequently appeared in heartwarming photos alongside the superstars backstage, but the pup was even given a special “powerful” staff pαѕѕ, allowing him to freely access all areas at the concerts.

However, a recent announcement from Stoney Blue’s official account left fans feeling a little heartbroken.
On September 6, before BTS began their third show in Los Angeles, the pup announced that the final two shows there would be his last shows with BTS this year. “I'm sad today because these last two LA shows are my last shows with BTS for the year,” Stoney Blue wrote. The reason is that traveling to LATAM has become too difficult due to regulations surrounding bringing dogs across borders between multiple countries.
This also means that when BTS wraps up their North αмєяι¢αn concert leg, Stoney Blue’s journey with the group on the ARIRANG tour will temporarily come to an end.

Notably, in an interview with K-ALL earlier in September, Angie Warner revealed that Jimin and SUGA are the two members who show Stoney the most love. This detail has made fans believe that they may also be the two members who will be especially saddened by the fact that their beloved pup cannot continue with them on the next leg of the tour.

Stoney may have an adorable face, but he has quite an impressive career. Stoney Blue’s main role is to bring laughter and positive energy to everyone backstage. It is easy to imagine how the whole team must feel after traveling between countries, followed by a long day of rehearsals and three hours of performing, not to mention being homesick, only to have a four-legged friend come over, rub against their legs, and play and cuddle with them. Stoney is there to comfort them and bring a sense of calm and stability — soмєтнing that helps give them the strength to keep going with the show.
That is why Stoney’s absence from the next leg of the tour has left fans feeling just as disappointed and worried. Still, fans hope that this will only be a short goodbye and that BTS and Stoney will reunite soon. Fans have also not forgotten to send their love to this special “staff member,” writing:
- Noooo they have to leave Stoney behind after LA!! This is DEVASTATING. Announce the additional shows @bts_bigнιт
- This is the worst news ever omfg. Awwww I am really sad. I can hear Yoongi voice calling Stoneyy
- Nooooooo that’s their mental health pup! Stoneys supported the boys through so many tours, solo and group, no doubt he? Will be at the next North αмєяι¢αn leg for the next tour
- Ahh, I see. Yoongi and Jimin must be especially sad too. I wonder if they’ll be able to reunite again next year during the second half of the tour. Stay healthy and well!
- poor Stoney. it would be so nice if they could hook up with therapy dog orgs when they travel. It's impossible for them to visit a place w/their schedule & impossible to bring a dog in that's unfamiliar w/concert stuff. Dogs are so amazing at filling you with warm feelings
- How sad, but the rules here are stricter, both for Stoney’s safety and for the safety of the public. Stay healthy and meet soon baby!
- Nooo, I’m going to miss seeing Stoney backstage with the boys. He’s truly part of the BTS family at this point
- Aww, this is honestly нєαятвяєαкιиg. Thank you, Stoney, for bringing so much joy and comfort to the boys and the entire crew
- Stoney has been such a precious part of BTS’ journey. I hope he gets to see the boys again very soon
