Big Hit Music Updated BTS's Enlistment Information And Gave ARMYS Advice On Recruitment Day

As previously reported, on December 13, Jin will enlist as an active-duty soldier. Before this information, Big Hit Music and Jin did not officially speak to the press or respond to the media until today.

However, the answers of Big Hit Music and Jin have similarities when they both request that fans not appear at Jin's enlistment location. This was to avoid unfortunate accidents and incidents that occurred during his enlistment day.

Here are the full instructions and things that Big Hit Music requires ARMYs to follow for the safety of Jin and the other members:

On December 6, the management company Big Hit Music officially announced on the global community Weverse about, "Jin enlisted as an active-duty soldier to perform his military service". In particular, in its announcement, Big Hit emphasized that it will not hold a separate event on the day Jin enlists in the army at the training center.

Big Hit Music informed: "Hello,
This is BIGHIT MUSIC.

We want to thank you for your continued support of BTS and would like to update you on Jin’s upcoming enlistment into the military.

Jin will fulfill his required time with the military by enlisting in the army. Please note that we will not be holding any kind of official event on the day of his recruitment.

The entrance ceremony is a time to be observed by military personnel and their families only. In order to prevent any issues that might occur from crowding, we ask fans to please refrain from visiting the site. Instead, we ask you to keep your heartwarming words of support and farewell in your hearts."

Besides, Big Hit Music also released an official statement that it is strictly forbidden to visit Jin or send items to Jin's barracks during his military service by trying to use his IP. In case if ARMYs or even anyone uses Jin's IP while he's in the military, Big Hit Music will take legal action against these actors.

To protect Jin's identity and safety during his enlistment, Big Hit clearly stated: "We also advise you not to get adversely affected by purchasing unauthorized tours or product packages illegally using artist IP. Our company will take necessary action against any attempts at commercial activity making unauthorized use of such IP."

Besides, they also added, "We ask for your continued love and support for Jin until he finishes his military service and comes back. Our company will also strive to provide every support he needs during this time.

Thank you."

Previously, the Korean press simultaneously reported that on the 13th of this month, Jin will officially enlist at a rookie training center in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province. After undergoing 5 weeks of training at the division's rookie training center, Jin will be assigned to his official unit.

When the information was widely revealed, Jin wrote on Weverse shortly after that he did not want such news to be leaked. He also hopes that ARMYs don't come to his training center because it's a dangerous and crowded place on days like that. Jin also hoped that ARMYs wouldn't come see him off to avoid getting hurt and he comforted his family and BTS by his side in that case.

In addition, with the enlistment mode, there are some things like sending letters, sending gifts or visiting the barracks where Jin enlisted will be licensed to family, friends or relatives. However, with Jin's case, Big Hit is worried about Jin's military IP being revealed will affect his enlistment process when the above is abused. They therefore ask ARMYs to abide by and protect Jin's privacy and let him have a healthy and safe military service.

Hopefully the sharing of Jin and Big Hit Music is fully understood. ARMYs, even though we didn't come to see Jin off, send him our best wishes!
