ARMYs Urge HYBE & Police To Take Strong Action Against Japanese Stalker Targeting Jungkook During 5 Years After Her Latest Move

For years, sasaeng fans have been a terrifying nightmare for K-pop idols, affecting them not only mentally but also physically. Sasaeng fans (obsessive fans) are individuals who relentlessly stalk idols by any means necessary, including extreme or illegal actions. They invade the private lives of idols — and even worse, some cases pose threats to the idols’ lives.

Veteran idol Kim Jaejoong, one of the most severely harαѕѕed victims of sasaeng fans, ever claimed that: "Humans are scarier than ghosts,” referring to the obsessive surveillance and stalking these extreme fans inflict on idols.

If Kim Jaejoong was the most notorious example among first-generation idols, then today, unfortunately, Jungkook has become the next major victim whose private life is being violently invaded by sasaeng fans. In just a few months since his military discharge, he has already faced at least three home intrusions. In one of these cases, Jungkook personally witnessed sasaeng fans hiding in the underground parking lot of his home and called the ρσℓι¢є himself.

Although a few of these individuals have faced legal consequences, many other toxic stalkers are still freely roaming outside the reach of the law. One of the most concerning among them is a נαραиese sasaeng fan in her 50s known as Chidori—one of the three people involved in recent illegal entry attempts at Jungkook’s home.

Chidori has shown signs of delusion, claiming herself to be “Jungkook’s wife” and publicly expressing this belief online for years. Her delusions escalated into extreme obsession, leading to behaviors such as lying in wait for Jungkook near KBS in 2020 and falsifying personal information to request a meeting with him at a military training center.

Her most infamous case—where her identity was exposed—occurred in 2023. She suddenly approached and grabbed Jungkook’s arm at the airport. Since 2023, she has regularly stalked and loitered around his former apartment.

This sasaeng fan has become even more frightening recently, showing a high risk of attempting to target Jungkook again, despite being forced to leave кσяєα just weeks ago for harαѕѕment and attempting to break into Jungkook’s home for more than a week.

According to reports from ARMYs, between November 8 and 12, Chidori livestreamed herself repeatedly ringing the doorbell and shouting at the gate of Jungkook’s residence. She even posted a threatening message on Instagram, warning the idol: “Since you won't unlock the door for us and barge into נαραи with your girlfriend, we'll set up camp in front of the house and k word you, we will follow the hotel you frequently go and expose you.”

Even more disturbing, Chidori was found repeatedly entering different pαѕѕwords into the gate lock and writing them down in a notebook, seemingly trying to discover the correct code to break into the house. She also αѕѕaulted pαѕѕersby who tried to stop her from camping outside the property.

Fortunately, thanks to fans reporting her social media accounts and notifying local ρσℓι¢є, authorities were able to intervene before she succeeded. As of the 14th, Chidori was ordered to leave кσяєα by кσяєαn ρσℓι¢є, and security around Jungkook’s neighborhood has been reinforced. Her X account, @ChiDoRiJungKook, has also been suspended.

However, as mentioned earlier, her likelihood of reoffending remains extremely high. Just weeks after being expelled from кσяєα, Chidori showed no intention of stopping or repenting—regardless of the legal consequences. In late November, she created a new X account under the handle @ChidoriYakumo, where she continued livestreaming, mentioning Jungkook obsessively, and posting harmful content. She also expressed clear intentions to return to кσяєα and is very likely to violate his privacy again.

Recognizing the serious threat this sasaeng fan poses to Jungkook, ARMYs have become extremely alarmed and are acting swiftly. On X, fans are calling for mαѕѕ reports of the new account @ChidoriYakumo and are sending messages to HYBE / BigHit Music / Yongsan Police Station, stating: “Please do not ignore the stalker who is obsessively targeting Jungkook any longer. We request that the Yongsan Police Station continue the investigation without interruption and take the necessary measures to put an end to these criminal acts.”

While fans in кσяєα are submitting reports directly to local ρσℓι¢є, international fans are also helping by emailing the Yongsan Police Station (the district where Jungkook resides) and HYBE, urging them to increase protection for the idol and take firm measures against the perpetrator. Fans hope that this time, ρσℓι¢є will properly investigate Chidori and issue a harsher penalty, as she has shown repeated patterns of stalking behavior for five years, not just in the recent incidents.

If you are a fan concerned about this escalating situation, please report the violating account @ChidoriYakumo or share the following кσяєαn message to support: “HYBE / BigHit Music / 용산경찰서. 회사는 정국에게 집착하는 스토커를 더 이상 방치하지 마세요. 용산경찰서에서는 수사를 중단하지 말고, 해당 범죄 행위를 근절하기 위해 필요한 조치를 취해 주시기 바랍니다.” and include the hashtags: #용산경찰서 @smartsmpa @polinlove @HYBEOFFICIALtwt @BIGHIT_MUSIC
