ARMYs Show Evidence Refuting The Dating Rumor Between Jungkook & Winter As They're Accused Of Wearing Couple Items

Dating rumors among idols have always been a feast for netizens—especially when it comes to the private lives of top K-pop superstars like BTS. Throughout their decade-long career, BTS members have almost never opened up about their romantic relationships, which leaves the ever-curious crowd feeling rather unsatisfied.

Naturally, some people seem to enjoy baseless speculation, fabricating false rumors about celebrities just because they find it entertaining—or because they simply can’t accept that coincidences might actually be coincidences.

Since around July this year, dating rumors between Jungkook and Winter have been circulating online due to claims that they were using matching items and showing similar social media behavior. Unfortunately, these out-of-nowhere rumors have triggered waves of hate directed at both idols.

There has been nothing verifiable to support the so-called “evidence” that some people claim proves they are dating. Yet such allegations have continued for months. Most recently, after Jungkook’s live broadcast on October 28, gossipers once again claimed to have found a new ѕнσ¢кing hint.

Specifically, a group of netizens claimed that the bracelet Jungkook wore during the livestream looked identical to one Winter had worn at the airport earlier that month. A TikTok video comparing the two bracelets quickly went viral, drawing widespread agreement from viewers.

However, that “evidence” didn’t hold up for long—ARMYs quickly spotted flaws and used them to debunk the claim, turning the entire story into a laughingstock and leaving rumor-mongers embarrαѕѕed. Fans pointed out that the bracelets they wore weren’t the same in thickness or color — they only had a similar braided cord design. Moreover, many K-pop idols own this same kind of bracelet. So, the dating rumor is obviously baseless—in plain terms, it’s absurd.

As mentioned earlier, Jungkook and Winter have repeatedly been “linked” in supposed romantic relationships simply because they happened to wear or own similar items that any ordinary person could easily have, such as mαѕѕ-produced clothing from popular brands or even famous songs by other artists.

These pieces of evidence are nowhere near convincing enough to prove that the idols are dating. Yet some delusional individuals cling to their fantasies instead of accepting the truth—that it’s all just coincidence.

Adding to that, there’s another fact that undermines the “matching items” theory: Jungkook has previously stated that he’s not the type to express affection, even indirectly. In кσяєα, couples often show subtle forms of affection, like using pet names, wearing matching accessories, or coordinating outfits. But Jungkook has admitted that even such indirect gestures would make him uncomfortable.

In the end, ARMYs expressed both ridicule and frustration toward those who deliberately spread false information about the two idols:

- free jungkook, free winter. and lots of кσяєαn idols wear this kind of bracelet

- We are still shipping idols in the big 2025? I thought that was a 2018 thing

- so shippers really wanna play this game huh? first of all, instead of posting 140p potato screenshots, here’s a 1080p video that’s shows jungkook’s bracelet is in fact metal. even if it was thread JK’s is way thinner than winter’s AND a different design

- So there is a new breed called winkook? So hilarous

- Heiha again again again.. I am so tired of this.

- I don’t ship anyone but dude this is beyond obvious that these two are dating and you just don’t want it to be true.

- How tf people can say this is the same- I didn’t even notice the bracelet at first

- see its not the same at all they just want to take everything evidence for their ridiculous ship

- They're like starving bald vultures carrying around a non-bio degradable plastic carcαѕѕ to lure humans out so that they can feed on fresh meat(attention)

- Can't people stop being obsessed with including Jungkook& Winter in a romantic relationship? Stop it, I'm so fed up. they keep making theories, like they're out of ideas. doing various ways to make it look right LOL trash

- And this is what they call “couple items”? How ridiculous. You could grab any two random people on the street wearing similar bracelets and claim they’re dating, too. Honestly, you’d better get your eyes checked.

- I can’t believe this. The person who posted that is ignorant, but the ones who actually believe such ridiculous rumors are even worse. Can’t they tell that the two bracelets are completely different?
