Most recently, Big Hit Music announced the official views on the members' plans to complete their military service. For ARMY, this is neither happy nor sad news, but it may take some time for ARMYs to accept this.
But their reactions to this news were truly touching. Personally, I believe that when you finish reading these words of ARMY, you will immediately shed tears:
Big Hit Music said today, "BIGHIT MUSIC is proud to announce today that the members of BTS are currently moving forward with plans to fulfill their military service."
In the announcement, Big Hit continued with information about Jin being the first to join the military service: "Group member Jin will initiate the process as soon as his schedule for his solo release is concluded at the end of October. He will then follow the enlistment procedure of the Korean government."
In addition, the company also talked about future plans, saying, "Both the company and the members of BTS are looking forward to reconvening as a group again around 2025 following their service commitment."
Accordingly, BTS will focus on individual activities during the time in line with each member's military service plan. Finally, the agency added, "We ask for your attention and encouragement in BTS's future activities."
This is the first time BTS and Big Hit have made an official announcement about the members' obligations. That's also why BTS talked about the faith and trust that will connect ARMY and BTS in the near future at the Busan concert yesterday. During the concert, Jin also said that this is the last concert scheduled in the near future.
This may be news that ARMYs are hard to look forward to, but in the end it comes and happens as ARMYs are all aware of. The majority of ARMYs accept the fact that they will temporarily leave BTS for a while and wait for the members to return:

- for them to reconvene by 2025 that means all of them will have enlisted by mid 2024 and by that time jin and most likely the rest of hyung line will be back from service and within this 3 yr gap, all will be able to do solo and unit works together like trust me we will not starve

- of course we can wait till 2025. we’ve waited for our weverse packages to ship for much longer than that ?
- Even though I'm crying, but there's a sense of relief washes over me. Our boys are taking control of their own life, they get the last laugh after all. That's a badass move.

- idk about y’all but I’ve been nervous and anxious about the tannies being so cryptic this year. this feels like a relief. a great relief to know what to expect, how long to wait and to know that everything will be alright bc they’ve got a plan & want to be with us for a long time

The Festa Dinner, their speeches in Busan, it literally prepares us for this moment where we could easily be confused & sad, but now that we're informed, we're understanding and more eager to support them. Like they're not obligated to be so, but they want to and they view it as a need in order to attain stable foundation between fans and artist. You can see the way we organize our thoughts carefully, this is all credits to BTS's constant need for healthy communication.

Soon, Jin will release his first solo album after j-hope before he enlists in the army. Solo projects presented by BTS members are also expected to hit the global market commensurate with the group's reputation in the near future.
There are a lot of great things that BTS has prepared for this enlistment plan to make ARMYs don't feel lonely. So 3 years is not too long if we trust each other as much as BTS hopes. For us - BTS LIVE will always be waiting for BTS, what about you?
