BTS officially kicked off their world tour, “Arirang,” in Goyang this past April. The mαѕѕive tour consists of 85 shows across 34 major cities around the world, spanning Goyang, Tokyo, North αмєяι¢α, Europe, South αмєяι¢α, and various Asian countries. BTS is currently holding a three-night concert run at Stanford Stadium, which has already been regarded as one of the biggest highlights of the tour.
As soon as BTS successfully completed their first night in Stanford, foreign media outlets showered the group with glowing praise. Many articles particularly highlighted the deeply кσяєαn emotions BTS brought to the international stage, from the powerful “Arirang” singalongs to their ability to emotionally connect with more than 50,000 au∂ιєnce members each night. The nonstop festival-like atmosphere even led many to describe the event as “a cultural phenomenon” rather than an ordinary concert.
During the first night, Jin and V also drew attention for complimenting the local area. Jin described Stanford as a place with excellent education, while V humorously declared that the pizza there was “the best in the world.” On the second day, fans once again erupted with excitement after noticing that SUGA’s outfit featured the word “스탠퍼드” — meaning “Stanford” in кσяєαn — embroidered with sparkling crystals, showing his special affection for local fans.

However, after the concert, another detail involving SUGA left the ARMY community deeply concerned!
Several concert clips have recently been spreading rapidly across social media, with fans noticing that SUGA appeared to be experiencing pain in his leg as he limped slightly while walking around the stage interacting with fans during the surprise performance of “DOPE.” Although he continued hyping up the crowd and flawlessly delivered his energetic rap verse, careful viewers pointed out that his steps seemed somewhat unusual.
One fan account shared a heartfelt message: “You can see him limping a bit here as he approaches ARMYs, then he stopped to rap his verse and hype up the crowd. Yoongi always gives his best no matter what. Hope he gets better soon. Please stay safe and healthy, Yoongi.”
What surprised many ARMYs was that most people did not notice the issue at all while the concert was taking place. On stage, SUGA still maintained an astonishing level of professionalism, effortlessly performing both intense and softer choreography while keeping his expressions stable and his charisma as captivating as ever. He also continuously moved across different sections of the stage to interact with fans. It was only after close-up videos began circulating online that many people realized his walk appeared slightly limp, suggesting that his leg may have been injured.
As the clips spread, fans became increasingly worried about his condition. Earlier videos had also shown signs that his shoulder seemed sore or strained. Many are now wondering whether this could be the result of the demanding performance schedule over the past two months or simply a minor personal injury. Either way, fans are sincerely hoping for his speedy recovery:
- Yoongi was limping a bit today. I hope he get better soon. We love you Yoongi
- He’s carrying so much pain within himself, yet he still tries to hide it from us just so we won’t worry about him. That alone says so much about the kind of person he is such a precious and selfless soul who deserves all the love, comfort, and healing in the world
- I hope Yoongi is ok. He got a very long tour ahead of him
- I hope he will be OK and get well soon. He is strong. Fighting for 3 day stanford this coming Tues. Can't wait to see him on Dec.
- I hope it’s going to be okay for Yoongi, fortunately there are a few days of rest for him to recover
- Looking at the way he limping I think the pain is in his knee or hip because I sometimes suffer from the same thing. I hope he gets enough time to rest well and soak himself in a warm bath it will reduce the pain
- It's heart breaking to see ,how an artist is set to such high standards even if it hurts them. When we feel unwell -we take a break-but they are bound to commitments-to perform when body physically aching-and their loved ones far away from them to offer the warmness. It's tough
- I'm worried when i see her walking like that i fet hurt for Yoongi. Get well soon my boy
- Hope my baby paces himself well and his body fully recovers to 110
