BTS won the award Worldwide Icon of The Year, Album of the Year, Artist of the Year, bringing the total number of Daesangs received at MAMA 2022 to 3. The total number of Daesangs BTS received in their career is 70.
As the only artist in history to have "all-kill" Daesang at MAMA for 3 consecutive years (2019 - 2021), BTS received an additional MAMA Platinum trophy - winning the group that consecutive all-kills major awards at the event.
