ARMYs Call Out Seven's Producers For Xenophobic And Offensive Comments About Jungkook

It's hard to understand when this situation happened but in reality, Jungkook's song producers "betrayed" him. Recently, ARMY discovered that Seven's producers had made xen0phobic and der0gatory comments about the star.

Although at first glance, it may seem like words of praise when they enter an interview, the words seem to be mocking Jungkook and their fans. People who were famous for Seven's success but now smear Jungkook and ARMYs, that's unacceptable.

ARMYs are currently calling out these people and asking for an apology from them for ιиѕυℓтing Jungkook:

Jungkook has really been very successful with his solo single project Seven. Although it has been released for more than half a month, the song is still on the charts and continues to break records. Jungkook's performance received many compliments not only from the public but also from the members of BTS.

Seven is a song composed by Jungkook along with other famous producers like Andrew Watt and Cirkut. Even this project was revealed by Bang PD and Scooter Braun earlier this year and said that it was an explosive project. In the end, it really proved this prediction of the two CEOs of HYBE.

Along with Seven's popularity, recently, Andrew Watt and Cirkut - two of the song's producers and writers, participated in an in-depth interview with Forbes. The two had a lot to say about the process of making the song together with top Kpop idol - Jungkook.

Unfortunately, some other interview content was found by ARMYs to be inappropriate and impolite. Specifically, Cirkut called ARMYs "crazy," which many see as a continuation of negative stereotypes about fans of K-Pop artists.

“The fan base is absolutely rabid,” Cirkut said about the reception from the singer’s followers, as well as the onslaught of comments and tags he’s received from them on social media. “It’s amazing how fans of BTS and Jung Kook are just so supportive and loyal. It’s just pretty crazy.” About the listeners, Watt said, simply, “There’s not many fan bases like the BTS fan base.”

Next, Andrew Watt compared Jungkook's release of Seven to the start of Justin Timberlake's solo career. Justin Timberlake was an active member of NYSNC until he left the group for solo activities, an immeasurable consequence for fans.

In the same päṩṩage, Watt mentions Jungkook as a "superstar" but distinguishes between his career before and after the release of Seven. The producer says he's now reached the level of "a̾m̾e̾r̾i̾c̾an superstar" - consider that a standard.

He mentioned in the Forbes interview: "Now, following “Seven” debuting at No. 1 on various charts, Jung Kook is not just a member of the biggest band in the world but a нιтmaker in his own right. And this sits very well with the producers who had a hand in his current globe-dominating success. “It’s similar to Justin Timberlake breaking out of NSync". He went on to call Jung Kook ” so kind and respectful and sweet and such a hard worker” before finishing his thought by saying, “And he’s a superstar, and he’s now an a̾m̾e̾r̾i̾c̾an superstar, which is incredible.”

With this expression, one can clearly feel that while praising Jungkook's progress, he seems to be mocking and trying to take away Jungkook's previous success as a global superstar. kσrєαn. He makes a̾m̾e̾r̾i̾c̾an music standards and the success of celebrities, including Jungkook in a̾m̾e̾r̾i̾c̾a, the most important thing.

In response to the interviews of the two producers above, ARMYs are currently feeling very uncomfortable because they are the ones who collaborated with Jungkook but do not respect him. There are many comments of ARMYs reacting to the above situation:

- Stereotyping the fanbase as 'rabid' aside.....they are trying so hard to brew up the cläṩṩic "boyband break off" story with BTS like what happened with 1D or nsync. It's like a habit for them to stir up the pot and wait for a scoop that is not happening. And he's korean ffs???

- Yall need to understand what these people are trying to push ...they are trying to push a rivalry between the tannies to insinuate that JK go solo this is what Western media does to groups ...be grounded army we in for a ride

- The western media wants bts to be 1d so bad i'm afraid neither solos nor western media will ever get what they want jungkook is KOREAN global superstar not american trying to stríp him of his korean identity is xen0phobic

- jungkook is not american he is korean, this is such an ιиѕυℓт to think that being american is more important and better than him being a korean superstar. i’m so sick of the US always looking down on us, jungkook is and will be bigger than american artists as a KOREAN

- he is acting like he discovered Jungkook and that he was nothing before this is disgusting. the rest is good praise

- The insistence to constantly stríp him of his identity as a kσrєαn. Also he has been a GLOBAL superstars for years. The way its Hugh and Forbes who keep writing these disrespectful äṩṩ articles. Idk if scooter or whoever is behind this but ḟüċḳ yall

- It’s like they need to claim everything as theirs, anything amazing ‘oh we’ll have that’ like he’s some sort of object. He is NOT a̾m̾e̾r̾i̾c̾an and never will be

- I'm in disbelief at the arrogance of that producer but what should we expect from a client. The fact is he was a superstar before he came along and will continue to be after this collab. But try to dismiss his identity like that is so disgusting
