Fans noticed the details of where the sol∂ιєrs sleep and realized why RM had previously mentioned that he had trouble sleeping during his military service.

The beds at the Hwacheon base are made of a single block of wood. Fans also noticed that there was no mattress on top of the hard wood. Not only that, this bed caused sol∂ιєrs to have to hang their legs off or huddle up while sleeping because it was not long enough.

This type of bed is different from the types of beds commonly seen in other military bases where j-hope or Jimin, Jungkook were deployed. In some photos of these members, the type of bed they used was a single bed with a soft mattress on top.

RM once expressed his "envy" of V when he shared with ARMY that he could sleep so well that it was difficult to wake up early the next morning in the army. At the time, fans speculated that RM might suffer from insomnia but did not realize that the problem is the barracks' facilities.
