Becoming the leader of Kpop groups is not an easy job when the person who takes this position has the highest responsibility for the group and his members. And even being the leader of a global group like BTS is even more difficult.

ARMYs have seen many times the pressure that RM has to endure when standing in this position, but perhaps recently fans feel more sad than ever when seeing him in a state of pressure and seemingly very stressed by the current situation. Recently, RM started meeting fans during a live broadcast where he briefly shared some of his thoughts.

One of them includes RM sharing his efforts against time as well as the anxiety he is thinking about the future of BTS. This makes ARMYs seem to cry and hope that RM as well as the members of the group will get through this difficult time.

Almost every K-pop group has a member who plays the role of leader. They are the "string" that connects the members, a support for teammates to move forward as well as a bridge between the company and the whole team.

However, the position of the team leader is never an easy job. The responsibilities of these members are extremely heavy and stressful. Looking at how RM has steered the boat of BTS and ARMY for over a decade, many people seem to feel that it's just part of the iceberg. What RM has to fíght day and night, perhaps only he knows. Even the BTS members say that the hardest person in the group is RM!

But in all these years, RM has never expressed his fatigue or lamented his responsibilities. He has always been a spiritual supporter for the other members, solving problems within the group and reäṩṩuring fans in the face of any upheaval.

In particular, recently, RM returned to the live broadcast on Weverse Live even though he was very busy with his work. RM said that lately he's been working very hard, even 5 days a week on the company.

He works and spends so much time in his studio that he doesn't have time to clean the house because he doesn't use it. Even his live broadcast shows that RM is in his work session at Rkive Studio in HYBE headquarters.

Many ARMYs knew that RM said he would release another album or some new songs before he enlisted after Indigo but didn't think he was in such a hurry to do this. So one ARMY commented below and said: "Don't work too hard"

Contrary to the usual reaction, RM rejected this ARMY's advice and even enthusiastically revealed that he doesn't have much time left to complete his upcoming plans. He said with no small amount of pressure that he seemed to be racing against time since he was about to enlist.

RM reacted to ARMY's comment that: "Don't work too hard?? Don't work too hard???? I don't have a lot of time! I don't have a lot of time before I have to go, you know?".

It is known that the members of BTS have already begun their enlistment process, then Jin, now j-hope and it seems that RM is also ready to take on the task after he completes his projects. Although there is about a year left for his personal plans until RM is due to enlist in the army, it seems that he wants to finish his projects as soon as possible and enlist as soon as possible so that he can return as soon as possible. Not only that, RM also showed that in addition to worrying about his own plans, he also has a lot of other troubles when thinking about BTS's future that he has not been able to solve specifically. RM said that the BTS members met recently and talked about some things and some plans related to the group.

Even so, they are currently unable to continue their unfinished group projects and can only deal with them after being discharged from the army. RM seems to be very confused about BTS' future and also worries a lot about their plans but in the end he asks himself in front of millions of ARMYs, will the group be okay?

He told: "A while ago, all of us (members) gathered together and talked about this and that. There were important things we had to decide as a team too so.. It'll go well wouldn't it.. There's nothing much that I can tell you about. What should our team do in the future...for the time being, we've turned off the switch for team stuff.  Anyway it'll get solved once (the members) get discharged (from the m̷i̷l̷i̷t̷a̷r̷y̷)".

These reactions and moods of RM leave ARMYs heartbroken when it seems like a leader like him has a lot of weight on his shoulders:
