SUGA officially enlisted on September 22, 2023. He is the third BTS member to serve in the military after Jin and J-Hope.
Jin and j-hope returned to music activities after 18 months of military service. Meanwhile, SUGA enlisted as a social service agent, so his military service period is 21 to 24 months.
Before SUGA began his service, he said goodbye to his fans for 2 years. He has not really returned to social media or interacted with ARMYs in the past time except for the drunken incident at the end of last year.
While RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook will appear directly or indirectly to update ARMYs in the final months before his discharge, SUGA has remained silent. Therefore, fans are eagerly waiting for some updates from him these days.
Fortunately, on March 21, 2025, fans also received a new update on SUGA's SNS. Some sharp-eyed ARMYs discovered that SUGA had visited BTS's official fan cafe. Fans noticed that SUGA's login count had increased from 8 to 9, confirming his visit.
Although Min Yoongi did not leave a new post, the login itself was enough to stir up excitement among ARMYs. Many took to social media to share their joy, leaving messages of love and support for the artist on the fan cafe.

His flash moment after many months has helped reαѕѕure ARMYs. This is also the first time SUGA has shown activity on SNS since August 6, 2024, when he shared a sincere apology for his drunk driving incident.
