After BTS wrapped up the North αмєяι¢αn leg of their ARIRANG World Tour, a fan widely known in the community as Jessiyowoo went viral after revealing: “5 months. 3 continents, 14 cities. 25 flights. 35 times seeing them. See you next time～” alongside a photo of herself posing in front of the BTS concert stage and a collection of VIP ticket lanyards.

She had already become known for her close-up, crystal-clear footage of the BTS members, from soundchecks to concerts, and had barely missed a show throughout the tour. She also shared more about how hectic it had been to balance her clαѕѕ schedule while following her idols, leaving fans even more amazed by how much money she was willing to spend and how devoted she was to BTS.

As the post spread across social media, many fans also became curious about how Jessiyowoo managed to secure VIP tickets for most of the concerts she attended. Everyone understands that BTS concert tickets are already incredibly difficult to get, let alone VIP tickets, even for those willing to spend a large amount of money on resale tickets. Yet Jessiyowoo seemed to consistently get the tickets that many other fans could only dream of.

Fortunately, she did not keep anything to herself and enthusiastically answered the question fans were asking the most in a follow-up post!

Jessiyowoo revealed that, to increase her chances of getting tickets, she asked her friends and family to help register around 20 Weverse accounts and purchase memberships. Each membership could apply for three cities, so she also had to create around 20 corresponding Ticketmaster accounts. That huge number of accounts did not even include the friends she usually attended concerts or ticket drops with, as they would also create extra accounts to increase their chances.

She then had to make an entire schedule to keep track of when each account needed to be used because there were simply too many accounts to manage. She admitted that she even got a headache just trying to remember which account needed to be used and when.

When it came to the actual ticketing, things did not get any easier. “When the U.S. and European shows went on sale, I was in кσяєα at the time, so because of the time difference, I was literally at a PC café all night trying to get tickets. If I couldn’t get anything, I’d start checking resale platforms and private sellers and buy resale tickets… Most of them were heavily overpriced, but there wasn’t really another option,” she recalled.

What is particularly notable is that after all those efforts, Jessiyowoo was only interested in front-row or barricade tickets. As a result, she barely managed to get any tickets at face value, with probably only around 6–7 tickets in total purchased at face value. She stressed that there was no special trick, connection, or exclusive access that helped her secure those spots.

She also added: “And LA was by far the most ridiculous this time because I bought my tickets pretty late. By then, prices on resale platforms like StubHub and Viagogo had already gone crazy. My four tickets in the front rows averaged around $3,500 each.”

She later also answered some of the fans’ other questions, including admitting that she had been scammed multiple times herself. She pointed out that South αмєяι¢α was the hardest place to get tickets, to the point that she could not even secure VIP tickets. She also noted that when buying through a resale platform, “the platform will refund you if it turns out to be fake.”

Jessiyowoo’s story made many ARMY realize that behind the number of 35 times seeing BTS was an incredibly complicated and expensive ticket-hunting process that required a huge amount of time and perseverance. There was no magical “secret trick” here — just careful preparation, dozens of accounts, sleepless nights, and a mαѕѕive budget dedicated to her love for BTS.
