The fact that an officer of the 28A Division voluntarily left the workplace during office hours, using the excuse of vaccination to approach Jin has caused controversy in recent times. Not only that, this officer is also suspected of smuggling a lot of ďŕüġs to Team 5.

About last month, a source said that in mid-January, Ms. A – the 28A division's operating lieutenant (in her 20s, female, nursing officer) drove about 30 minutes by car from her diviosion to the 5th Division Recruit Training Center, where Jin was working. Ms. A was reported to have a close relationship with nurse D in the 5th division, and the two discussed in advance so that the nurse could have access to Jin.

On the same day, Ms. A met Jin and gave him a second round of dengue vaccination at the medical office of the 5th Division Recruiting Training Center. After that, A returned to her unit and told other fellows: "When I was injected, I saw BTS Jin suff3rs ȟɥȑțfully".

Reportedly, the reporter said that this lieutenant had voluntarily left the workplace without informing her superiors and accused her of smuggling a large amount of Tylenol to the 5th Division's recruitment training center. Under Article 79 of the Military Criminal Act, leaving the workplace without permission can be punishable by up to a year in prison and can subject an entire division to severe disciplinary action.

After the news spread, Lieutenant Colonel Seo Jeong Hoon (chief of staff of the 28th Division) said that the m̴i̴l̴i̴t̴a̴r̴y̴ was investigating the incident. He also said: "Some allegations have been confirmed. There are other allegations that are being denied by A."

On June 20 KST, A's ℓєgαℓ representative denied all of the previously reported allegations. This person claimed that nurse A received a request for cooperation from another nurse stationed at the Yeoncheon Training Center, where Jin was stationed, and "only responded to that request to help with vaccinations."

The ℓєgαℓ representative continued, "The nurse at the Yeoncheon Training base sent a request for αssistance from nurse A about a week before the vaccination schedule. There was no time to chat with the sold̾i̾e ̾rs or even looked at their faces. The sold̾i̾e ̾rs wore masks so 'A' had no way of recognizing Jin."

Finally, side 'A' stated that 'A' has received permission from the head of staff to αssist with vaccinations at the Yeoncheon Training base and 'A' plans to cooperate in the ongoing investigation until the case is resolved. Her lawyer also stated that: "The reputation of an army officer was undermined by objective groundless information.
