BTS is currently continuing their “ARIRANG” World Tour in North αмєяι¢α throughout August. Jimin and the members have been taking the stage at major stadiums, continuing to showcase their mastery of both vocals and choreography. After recently completing their show in Toronto, the group traveled to Sol∂ιєr Field in Chicago, with their local concerts scheduled for the 27th and 28th.

From the moment he stepped onto the stage on the first concert day, Jimin had fans unable to take their eyes off him as he appeared with his blond hair blowing in the wind. During his performance of “Hooligan,” he wore a new stage outfit — a long black coat and a wнιтe sheer top that revealed his muscular chest. Throughout the two-hour show, he displayed flawless body control and incredibly captivating stage presence, mesmerizing the au∂ιєnce with his soft, sweet vocals and delivering a complete feast for both the eyes and ears.

While fans continued to rave about and express their love for Jimin’s moments at the concert, a section of solo stans — people who support only one member and often tend to separate their favorite member from the group — launched a wave of attacks against the idol.

The controversy began with a moment during the opening segment of “Butter,” when Jimin appeared in the same frame as Jin, V, and Jungkook. Instead of enjoying the interaction between the members, some solo stans claimed that Jimin was appearing “out of place,” even describing him as an “uninvited guest” and accusing him of standing awkwardly behind the other three members.

Some accounts even tagged HYBE and BigHit Music, demanding that the company edit the performance to remove Jimin from the frame or prevent him from “interfering” with Jin, V, and Jungkook’s part. Notably, some were also reportedly planning to send a truck protest to HYBE’s headquarters.

The wave of attacks immediately sparked outrage among many ARMYs. Fans pointed out that Jimin is a member of the vocal line and has repeatedly joined the other members during the “Butter” segment since the tour began. In fact, according to some fans at the concert, it was V himself who invited Jimin to join them for the moment.

One fan commented: “Mind you, he’s done this countless times before. But I guess today was the day standing next to your group members became a national emergency. The absolute meltdown over Jimin simply existing is SENDING me.” Another pointed out the absurdity of these accounts continuously tagging different organizations and public figures in an attempt to put pressure on others: “tagging the ministry of national, tagging the president of south korea, tagging harper's bazaar. miserable k-* are always tagging someone.”

Many ARMYs also pointed out that BTS frequently join each other’s parts or interact with one another on stage, and these natural moments are exactly what fans love most about watching their concerts. One member standing beside his brothers is nothing unusual, let alone a reason to turn a performance into a controversy. ARMYs called on other fans to report and block the accounts attacking Jimin, saying:

- Jimin choose to run to army than the camera...sing and dance in front army because he want to dedicate himself for army...want to give the best performance for army...he is shine by himself because of his kindness and pure heart. Real ARMYs always know that

- I can't believe how you can hate others members and try to make fun of others. I'm ot7 stand and I can't hate any member in our fandom. You're just fake ARMY, just left out of this fandom 

- I wonder what they’re gonna include on the truck they send this time: “My evilmin ruined the husband’s fanservice moment” or “My evilmin ruined the whole clownery”??

- . They were мιѕѕιиg the UN, the Vatican, and maybe even the reptilians to fulfill their tantrums. The best part of this is that it clearly shows the evidence that they are the worst

- Tae asked jimin to join even jk kept looking at jimin to join. Can they leave jimin alone.

- Couldn’t care less about them, but I live for their meltdowns. Oh, pretty Jimin, you’ll always be their biggest obsession
