Yesterday, j-hope successfully concluded his 2-night concert in Manila, Philippines - where he returned after 8 years. With the enthusiastic support of local fans, the performance left unforgettable impressions in the hearts of both the artist and the au∂ιєnce.

At the end of his tour in the Philippines, j-hope did not forget his promise to do a live broadcast for his fans online, even though it was already midnight. Although a tired look appeared on j-hope's face after a pαѕѕionate night, he still devoted himself to chatting and reading the comments left by ARMYs.

While j-hope and his fans had interesting stories to share together, there were also quite a few annoying comments. Unfortunately, some of the comments were read by j-hope, even making him confused.

Specifically, during one moment of the broadcast, j-hope discovered a comment from a fan asking him to speak English: "Speak English Hobi". The BTS rapper expressed then: "English? What could I say?".

This is not a rare time when some fans ask j-hope or any member of BTS to speak in a language other than their native language. SUGA or Jungkook had also encountered similar requests while RM often tried to use a lot of English in his live broadcasts as the request of fans even though it is sometimes uncomfortable.

Although the intention may be to make foreign fans understand, this type of comment becomes annoying because not everyone is able to speak English fluently.

Not letting the broadcast be affected by that strange comment, a fan quickly calmed j-hope down by commenting in кσяєαn that: "Hobi there are ARMYs who are translating real time so speak in the language you want... You can comfortable speaking whatever language you want bae".

j-hope read this comment and replied: "Gotcha!". "I also want to speak English but it's difficult", he added but in a lighter mood, as an explanation.

This ARMY's comment quickly received strong support from fans on SNS. Some felt grateful that this ARMY defended j-hope and helped him feel more relieved when he was affected by the rude comment of a few people before.

Many ARMYs expressed that most fans prefer j-hope to talk in his native language that he is most confident in. He doesn't need to chat in any other language because Weverse also has an automatic translation system or some talented fans on X can translate along with his live broadcast.

On the other hand, language is just a form of communication after all. It cannot stop the love or happiness between ARMY and j-hope when they gather together.

It is the same way that foreign ARMYs love BTS's music, regardless of whether they sing in кσяєαn. Even BTS's кσяєαn songs can top foreign music charts.

j-hope himself still entered the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, becoming the first solo кσяєαn artist to headline here and sold out stadium show on US without singing in Enlish.
