She talked about his surprise when he was greeted by BTS: "...but then the only ones who greeted them were BTS. They went up to him and the other guards, said "Hello we are BTS" and waved. He said from that moment he thought wow these boys are such kind people, and now they're so big and he fully understands why"

Ever since he met BTS during his military service, he still hasn't forgotten BTS's humble interactions many years later.
